2 New Support Groups
One for those dealing with addiction and one for their loved ones.

Supporting Recovery
EMPOWERNG FAMILIES
We are excited to offer two new support groups for individuals affected by addiction and their families. Whether you are personally facing addiction or supporting a loved one, these groups provide a safe, confidential space for healing, understanding, and growth.
Support Group for Individuals Facing Addiction:
This group is open to anyone dealing with any form of addiction. Facilitated by a qualified counsellor registered with the BACP, it offers a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can share your experiences, gain valuable insights, and take positive steps toward recovery.
Support Group for Families of Those Facing Addiction:
Supporting a loved one with addiction can be challenging. Our family support group provides a space for families to connect, share their experiences, and learn how to support their loved ones in healthy, constructive ways. Led by a BACP-registered counsellor, this group offers emotional support, practical advice, and strategies for building resilience.
