Who are we?
Sowing Seeds Family Hub is a charity run community hub based at Life Church Cuffley. Our aim is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that meets the needs of our community by providing a range of classes and support groups, or maybe you just want to pop in for a chat and a cuppa at the fantastic voluntary run Life Cafe.
We’re all about creating a safe and welcoming place for people to connect, build relationships, learn and most importantly, feel at home. We look forward to welcoming you to the Sowing Seeds Family Hub.
Our Classes & Support Groups
We have a range of classes to suit all ages and interests. As the hub grows, so will the sessions available. If you have an idea of a session you would like us to offer, why not contact us, we would love to hear your ideas!
Events
Come and join us on Tuesday 17th October at Sowing Seeds Family Hub for an unforgettable event! Take a step back in time and enjoy delicious sandwiches, cake and swinging music from the 1950's and 60's as you listen to our live singers. Spend a few hours with us and we promise you won't be able to stop your feet from tapping, you might even want to get up and dance! Payment taken either online or contact us to reserve you ticket and pay on arrival.
Life Cafe
Life Cafe is a voluntary run cafe that opened after the pandemic to provide a place for people to reconnect and engage with one another. We are here to make sure that all of our visitors have a warm and welcoming space to spend their time in. The cafe is fully stocked with delicious cakes, refreshments, and snacks, and someone is always available for a chat.

Tuesday - Friday 9.30am - 12.00pm
Tuesday evening 7.00pm - 9.00pm
