 During the COVID-19 pandemic, hospitals introduced wobble rooms to help staff decompress from the stress and long hours of working with patients. These rooms quickly became recognized as a valuable resource for managing stress and anxiety, and we are proud to be offering the same benefits to our community. Our wobble room will be a calm space where you can engage in activities that stimulate your senses, help you relax, and reduce stress. So if you need a minute to yourself, can't face going home just yet, want somewhere safe to "just be", our wobble room will be waiting for you.

Messy play is really important for young children's development but we know that it isn't always a top choice for parents to do at home! This is why we will be bringing messy play sessions to the hub so young children can explore and learn without the mess on their home carpets! Keep an eye on our website for more details about when these sessions will be available and come and join the messy fun- without the clean-up!

For new mums, breast feeding can be a challenge.  Our drop-in sessions will provide access to qualified midwives who can offer guidance and support, making the process a little easier. But we're not just about providing practical assistance – we want new mums to feel supported and cared for, so you'll find our sessions are a friendly and warm environment, where you can chat with other new mums and enjoy a cuppa and cake from the cafe. We will be providing a space where independent adults can find a place to connect, belong and grow in confidence. Our mission is to create an inclusive community for those who may find social situations challenging or overwhelming. We will be providing a space designed to help young independent adults build meaningful relationships with like-minded individuals, in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
